Guarantee #1: 30-Day "Free Play"

You have 30 days (more than enough to get your fingertips hurt) to see if you absolutely love the instrument. If you ever feel that it wasn't worth your money - donate the instrument to your favorite charity, provide a proof of the donation, and we will issue you a full, NO HASTLE refund for your investment (only applicable to one instrument per account).

Guarantee #2: 90-Day FREE Returns

If you are not satisfied with the instrument you received and decided to return your instrument/accessory - you have 90 days to do so. We will refund you in full, and will issue you a store credit that matches cost of shipping.

Guarantee #3: Worldwide Coverage

We deliver Worldwide. Some parts of the planet are easier to get, while others might take a bit longer. If you do not receive your package within 60 calendar days since the order date - we will refund you in full, so it's a no-risk deal.
Defective Products

While we try our best, accident happens. We are sorry that it happened with you and will work with you to get it corrected.

For defective products, you must first email us at support@playlimba.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PlayLimba™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, PlayLimba™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
