Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the instrument you received and decided to return your kalimba - you have 90 days to do so. We will refund you in full, and will issue you a store credit that matches cost of shipping it back to us.

Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@playlimba.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Guaranteed Delivery Time

We guarantee delivery within 60 calendar days. if you do not receive your order in 60 calendar days - we will refund you in full. You will not be refunded if you request a refund before 60 calendar days if your package is still in transit.


Lost or Stolen Packages
PlayLimba™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, PlayLimba™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
